Who Can Be the State Episode Sponsor?
The Important Distinction
If the State Lead Captain personally donates $20,000 — or their business does — they also become the State Episode Sponsor and receive both Captain recognition and full sponsor-level recognition.
If the State Lead Captain finds another business or person to donate the $20,000, that donor becomes the State Episode Sponsor — but the State Lead Captain still receives full leadership recognition for making it happen.
